How to Get a Deal on Shipping

We are in a unique position to offer our customers deals on shipping based on what is purchased. The reason is that once we know what specific items you want, we figure out how to custom-pack the item to minimize shipping costs. How do you get this deal? Choose the items you want (minimum 2 items) and call us! If we think we can offer you a better deal, we will. It's that easy.

General Shipping Information

Your order will be billed the actual freight charge based on package dimensions and weight, according to United Parcel Service (UPS) Worldship Package Sofware. This assures that each order is assessed an individual, fair and lowest possible shipping charge.  Every product has an attended shipping charge.  We will consolidate orders for multiple items whenever possible to save in shipping costs.  To cover our cost of packaging and materials, each order will be assessed an $8.50 charge in addition to the actual shipping charge. 

Any additional charges incurred due to: International shipments, oversized dimensions, residential,  rural delivery or incorrect zip code is the responsibilty of the customer and will be billed to the customer.   

Non-continuous US states (Hawaii, Alaska): Please call for shipping information.

Canada & International Orders: All prices quoted are in US dollars. Please contact us for information and rates regarding international shipping.

Large Item Shipping

Shipping charges for large items that require truck shipment, will be quoted to the customer for approval prior to shipping. Trucking companies sometimes assess additional charges for prior notification of delivery and for liftgate service. Additional charges may be assessed for rural or out-of-the-way locations. We always negotiate on behalf of our customers with our freight carriers to try and get the lowest possible prices.

All prices are FOB shipping point and freight will be added to customer invoice.
