The Multiple Victim Rescue Device (M.V.R.D.) consists of two side belts, with a main tube nested in between. All M.V.R.D. rescue tubes have the Super Rescue Tube nylon mesh and super strong PVC coating. The Multiple Victim Rescue Device is designed to be used for multiple drowning victim situations and any rescue that requires an extension or reaching assist. ( Extension length approximately 17 feet). All components now manufactured with soft, super light weight closed cell foam, for safety, and then vinyl coated. All straps run all the way through each tube component, for maximum strength. Hook and loop fasteners hold side belts to main tube.
